Request Quotation
A company specifically state the products that they want. Where necessary provide specifications and state clearly brand preferences.
Quotation Provision
At this point we quickly revert with a well and clearly constructed quotation stating all price options and payment methods as well as deposit to be paid.
Purchase Requisition
At this point the company to be supplied approves our quotation. We expect to get a stamped Purchase Requisition form from them as well as proof of deposit payment.
Product\Service Delivery
Within the agreed period of delivery, the Product/Service is delivered together with a Delivery Note copy and your Purchase Requisition Form.
